International shipping is currently not available but may be introduced in the future.

  • During holidays, sales, or festivals, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within:

  • Metropolitan cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other urban areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote / rural locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping is free on all orders across all over India.

  • The exact amount ₹0 will be displayed at checkout before payment.


🔍 5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
You can track your order in real time using the link provided or directly on our website’s “Track Order” page.


🚫 6. Non-Delivery or Missed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or unresponsive contact number,
our courier partner will make two additional attempts before returning the parcel to us.
Re-shipping may require additional charges.


🧾 7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
In case of partial delivery or missing items, inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order along with photos or an unboxing video for verification.

You can request an address change before shipment by contacting our support team.
Once the parcel is dispatched, address modification may not be possible.
