We take pride in offering premium quality home décor and textile products. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to assist with returns or exchanges as per the policy below.
🧾 1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product must have all original tags, labels, and invoice.

Items such as used, washed, or customized products are not eligible for return.

In case of damage, defect, or wrong item, please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the parcel and product.
📦 2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

Products purchased on clearance or marked as “Final Sale”

Once the item reaches us and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.
💳 4. Refund Method

Refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued as store credit or bank transfer after verification.

If you opt for an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once the original item is received.
🚛 5. Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item, we cover the return shipping cost.

For size, color, or preference-based returns, the customer may need to bear a small return courier charge, which will be deducted from the refund.
🕒 6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
